How can I track my order?

After ordering a product, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code and a link with 2-3 days. If you are still unable to track your order with the tracking code, please go to our "Track Your Order" page and enter your order number in your email.



How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on where you live, standard delivery takes between 7 and 15 days. (excluding processing days).



What should I do if my package is damaged?

Sometimes a package may get damaged due to bad shipping conditions. In this case, please contact us at returns@revitalhairworldwide.com and we will explain the procedure to you.



I wrote the wrong name or address, what should I do?
